With the victory, Nowata upgrades its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Ironmen host Fairland (Fairland, OK) to play the Owls in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 3. The Owls come into the challenge with a record of 1-0. Fairland won 54-22 in their recent league challenge against Welch (Welch, OK)

Next up, the Tigers play the Colcord Hornets (Colcord, OK) in a Lucky Seven challenge, on Friday, January 6. Commerce will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record.
