California High School Basketball - Hoover ripped by Edison

December 16, 2022: Fresno, CA 93710

The Edison Tigers basketball team scored 88 points and held the host Hoover Patriots to 51 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Friday.

The Tigers now sport a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to San Joaquin Memorial for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 17. Edison will meet a Panthers team coming off a 61-51 non-league win over Central (Fresno, CA). The Panthers record now stands at 7-2.

The Patriots (1-11) will now prepare for their contest against Porterville (Porterville, CA). The Panthers enter the non-league contest with a 7-3 record. In their last contest, Porterville was routed by Clovis (Clovis, CA), 65-45, in a non-league contest.
