The Mountain View Yellowjackets basketball team scored 52 points and held the visiting Tuckerman Bulldogs to 38 in the Yellowjackets league triumph on Friday.
The Yellowjackets now sport a 8-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hoxie for a 3A Region 2 contest on Tuesday, January 3.
The Bulldogs (7-7) will now prepare for their contest against Walnut Ridge (Walnut Ridge, AR). The Bobcats enter the 3A Region 2 contest with a 2-4 record. In their last contest, Walnut Ridge ran past Hoxie (Hoxie, AR), 55-50, in a league contest.
