In Friday's non-league outing, the Steel Valley Ironmen (Munhall, PA) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Seton LaSalle Rebels (Pittsburgh, PA), by a count of 74-49.

The Ironmen (1-5) will now prepare for their outing against Keystone Oaks (Pittsburgh, PA). The Golden Eagles go into the WPIAL 3A 2 outing with a 2-4 record. In their last outing, Keystone Oaks was crushed by Sto-Rox (McKees Rocks, PA), 52-48, in a league outing.

The Rebels now hold a 2-5 record. They play next when they host South Park for a non-league outing on Tuesday, December 20. Seton LaSalle will clash with a Eagles squad coming off a 72-35 non-league win over California (Coal Center, PA). The Eagles record now stands at 1-2.
