Texas High School Basketball - Calhoun ripped by Jones

The Jones Trojans basketball team scored 67 points and held the visiting Calhoun Sandcrabs to 24 in the Trojans league triumph on Friday.

The Trojans now sport a 15-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ingleside for a 4A Region IV District 30 contest on Tuesday, December 20. Jones will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 70-33 league loss to West Oso (Corpus Christi, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 11-8.

The Sandcrabs (2-13) will now prepare for their contest against Ingleside (Ingleside, TX). The Mustangs enter the 4A Region IV District 30 contest with a 11-8 record.
