With the win, Elkhart upgrades its record to 3-2 on the season. The Wildcats host Sublette (Sublette, KS) to play the Larks in a Hi-Plains bout on Friday, January 6. The Larks go into the bout with a record of 2-2.

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Lakin Broncs (Lakin, KS) in a Hi-Plains bout, on Friday, January 6. Syracuse will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record. The Broncs go into the bout with a 3-2 record after their 56-24 league win over Stanton County (Johnson, KS).
