Illinois High School Basketball - Clifton Central crushes Milford

Clifton Central Comets (Clifton, IL) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Milford Bearcats (Milford, IL), 75-50 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Clifton Central upgrades its record to 10-2 on the campaign. The Comets travel to Watseka (Watseka, IL) to play the Warriors in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 19. The Warriors come into the bout with a record of 6-6. Watseka won 45-40 in their recent non-league bout against Donovan (Donovan, IL)

Next up, the Bearcats play the Donovan Wildcats (Donovan, IL) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 18. Milford will attempt to upgrade on its 4-6 season record. The Wildcats come into the bout with a 5-7 record after their 45-40 non-league loss to Watseka (Watseka, IL).
