In Saturday's non-league outing, the Aquinas Monarchs (David City, NE) basketball squad nipped the host Lincoln Lutheran Warriors (Lincoln, NE), by a margin of 41-37.

The Monarchs (4-3) will now prepare for their outing against Guardian Angels Central Catholic (West Point, NE). The Bluejays go into the non-league outing with a 4-1 record.

The Warriors now own a 0-6 record. They play next when they host Lourdes Central Catholic for a non-league outing on Tuesday, December 19. Lincoln Lutheran will clash with a Knights squad coming off a 42-39 non-league win over Archbishop Bergan (Fremont, NE). The Knights record now stands at 3-1.
