The Kiski Area Cavaliers basketball team scored 60 points and restricted the host Franklin Regional Panthers to 48 in the Cavaliers league victory on Friday.
The Cavaliers now sport a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Southmoreland for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 18. Kiski Area will battle a Scotties team coming off a 55-37 non-league win over Frazier (Perryopolis, PA). The Scotties record now stands at 1-0.
The Panthers (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against Woodland Hills (Pittsburgh, PA). The Wolverines come into the non-league contest with a 3-1 record. In their last contest, Woodland Hills was defeated by Bishop Canevin (Pittsburgh, PA), 65-48, in a non-league contest.
