GlenOak Golden Eagles (Canton, OH) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Archbishop Hoban Knights (Akron, OH), 60-59 in a non-league bout.
With the win, GlenOak upgrades its record to 6-0 on the season. The Golden Eagles host Austintown-Fitch (Youngstown, OH) to play the Falcons in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 20. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 4-1. Austintown-Fitch won 50-47 in their recent non-league bout against Washington (Massillon, OH)
Next up, the Knights play the East Dragons (Akron, OH) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 21. Archbishop Hoban will attempt to upgrade on its 3-1 season record.
