The Warriors now possess a 8-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mt. Zion for a non-league battle on Friday, December 30. Gordon Central will confront a Eagles team coming off a 62-59 non-league loss to Bowdon (Bowdon, GA). The Eagles record now stands at 3-9.

The Rebels (1-9) will now prepare for their battle against Mt. Healthy (Cincinnati, OH). The Fighting Owls come into the non-league battle with a 2-6 record. In their last battle, Mt. Healthy was nudged by Harrison (Harrison, OH), 51-36, in a league battle.
