The Bishop O'Connell Knights basketball team (Arlington, VA), was overwhelmed 74-39 in Saturday's league battle with the visiting Paul VI Panthers (Chantilly, VA)
The Panthers now possess a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cumberland Valley for a non-league battle on Monday, December 19. Paul VI will confront a Eagles team coming off a 52-45 league win over Carlisle (Carlisle, PA). The Eagles record now stands at 5-0.
The Knights (4-2) will now prepare for their battle against Socastee (Myrtle Beach, SC). The Braves come into the non-league battle with a 8-4 record. In their last battle, Socastee was overwhelmed by North Myrtle Beach (Little River, SC), 33-30, in a non-league battle.
