Virginia High School Basketball - Paul VI trounces Bishop O'Connell

The Paul VI Panthers (Chantilly, VA) basketball crushed the visiting Bishop O'Connell Knights (Arlington, VA), 71-45 in Thursday's league test.
The Panthers (17-6) will now prepare for their test against St. John's (Washington, DC). The Cadets go into the DCSAA test with a 17-6 record. In their last test, St. John's walloped Our Lady of Good Counsel (Olney, MD), 68-42, in a league test.
The Knights now own a 11-10 record. They play next when they host St. John's for a DCSAA test on Tuesday, February 7. Bishop O'Connell will encounter a Cadets squad coming off a 53-49 league win over Paul VI (Chantilly, VA). The Cadets record now stands at 18-6.
