The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the E.L. Haynes (Washington, DC) and the host Capital City Public Charter School EAGLES (Washington, DC), observed E.L. Haynes's basketball team knock off Capital City Public Charter School by a score of 45-32.

The (2-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Washington Leadership Academy (Washington, DC). The Knights come into the PCSAA A challenge with a 2-6 record. In their last challenge, Washington Leadership Academy was knocked off by SEED DC (Washington, DC), 76-46, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the EAGLES encounter the Washington Latin Public Charter School Lions (Washington, DC) in a PCSAA A challenge, on Thursday, December 19. Capital City Public Charter School will attempt to improve on its 1-8 season record. The Lions come into the challenge with a 1-5 record after their 57-48 league loss to Digital Pioneers Academy (Washington, DC).
