The Northside Patriots basketball squad (Columbus, GA), was crushed 66-30 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Griffin Bears (Griffin, GA)

With the victory, Griffin advances its record to 4-4 on the year. The Bears travel to Starr's Mill (Fayetteville, GA) to meet the Panthers in a AAAA Region 3 battle on Saturday, December 21. The Panthers enter the battle with a record of 4-3.

The Patriots now own a 5-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Columbus for a non-league battle on Saturday, December 21. Northside will meet a Blue Devils squad coming off a 54-37 league win over Hardaway (Columbus, GA). The Blue Devils record now stands at 4-8.
