The Metter Tigers nipped the visiting Jenkins County War Eagles basketball squad by a final score of 30-29 in Tuesday's league outing.

Next, the Tigers clash with the Tattnall County Warriors (Reidsville, GA) in a non-league outing, on Wednesday, December 18. Metter will attempt to upgrade on its 3-3 season record. The Warriors enter the outing with a 3-2 record after their 83-62 non-league win over Claxton (Claxton, GA).
