The Lincoln-Way Central Knights basketball team scored 44 points and limited the visiting Lincoln-Way East Griffins to 42 in the Knights league triumph on Tuesday.

The Knights now have a 6-3 record. They play next when they host Lincoln-Way West for a SouthWest Suburban game on Friday, December 20. Lincoln-Way Central will confront a Warriors team coming off a 57-51 league win over Sandburg (Orland Park, IL). The Warriors record now stands at 5-3.

With the loss, Lincoln-Way East falls to 5-3 on the campaign. The Griffins host Bradley-Bourbonnais (Bradley, IL) to confront the Boilermakers in a SouthWest Suburban game on Friday, December 20. The Boilermakers go into the game with a record of 7-2. Bradley-Bourbonnais won 58-34 in their recent league game against Stagg (Palos Hills, IL)
