The McDowell Titans bounced the visiting T.C. Roberson Rams basketball squad by a final score of 72-39 in Tuesday's league outing.

Next, the Titans clash with the Franklin Panthers (Franklin, NC) in a non-league outing, on Friday, December 20. McDowell will attempt to upgrade on its 6-1 season record. The Panthers come into the outing with a 3-1 record after their 69-38 league win over Tuscola (Waynesville, NC).

The Rams (3-4) will now prepare for their outing against Brevard (Brevard, NC). The Blue Devils come into the non-league outing with a 1-3 record. In their last outing, Brevard was overwhelmed by Tuscola (Waynesville, NC), 41-39, in a non-league outing.
