In Tuesday's non-league contest, the visiting Paton-Churdan Rockets basketball team scored a big 64-41 win over the West Harrison Hawkeyes.
The Rockets (1-4) will now prepare for their contest against Colo-NESCO (Colo, IA). The Royals come into the non-league contest with a 3-3 record. In their last contest, Colo-NESCO smashed BCLUW (Conrad, IA), 60-30, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Hawkeyes battle the Exira-EHK Spartans (Elk Horn, IA) in a non-league contest, on Friday, December 20. West Harrison will attempt to better on its 0-7 season record. The Spartans come into the contest with a 1-3 record after their 68-32 league loss to Coon Rapids-Bayard (Coon Rapids, IA).
