In Tuesday's league contest, the visiting Santa Fe Trail Chargers basketball team scored a big 68-46 win over the Prairie View Buffalos.
The Chargers (5-0) will now prepare for their contest against Anderson County (Garnett, KS). The Bulldogs come into the Pioneer contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, Anderson County smashed Frontenac (Frontenac, KS), 60-57, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Buffalos battle the Iola Mustangs (Iola, KS) in a Pioneer contest, on Thursday, December 19. Prairie View will attempt to better on its 0-4 season record. The Mustangs come into the contest with a 2-3 record after their 68-61 league loss to Burlington (Burlington, KS).
