South Carolina High School Basketball - Calhoun County overwhelms Horse Creek Academy

The Calhoun County Saints basketball team scored 67 points and limited the host Horse Creek Academy Stallions to 46 in the Saints league triumph on Tuesday.

The Saints now possess a 3-1 record. They play next when they travel to Allendale-Fairfax for a non-league game on Friday, December 20. Calhoun County will confront a Tigers team coming off a 28-14 non-league win over Edisto (Cordova, SC). The Tigers record now stands at 1-2.

With the loss, Horse Creek Academy falls to 0-5 on the campaign. The Stallions host Silver Bluff (Aiken, SC) to battle the Bulldogs in a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 18. The Bulldogs go into the contest with a record of 2-4. Silver Bluff won 46-32 in their recent non-league contest against Strom Thurmond (Johnston, SC)
