Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Donegal can't hold off Lampeter-Strasburg

The Lampeter-Strasburg Pioneers basketball team scored 54 points and held the visiting Donegal Indians to 47 in the Pioneers league triumph on Monday.

The Pioneers now sport a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Muhlenberg for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 20. Lampeter-Strasburg will battle a Muhls team coming off a 75-51 non-league win over Easton Area (Easton, PA). The Muhls record now stands at 4-3.

The Indians (3-1) will now prepare for their contest against Ephrata (Ephrata, PA). The Mountaineers enter the non-league contest with a 2-2 record. In their last contest, Ephrata nudged Garden Spot (New Holland, PA), 59-52, in a non-league contest.
