Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Prouty Panthers (Spencer, MA) and the visiting Oxford Pirates (Oxford, MA), saw Prouty's basketball squad wallop Oxford by a count of 71-47.

With the victory, Prouty upgrades its record to 4-0 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Sutton (Sutton, MA) to play the Sammies in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 22. The Sammies come into the challenge with a record of 1-1. Sutton won 65-47 in their recent non-league challenge against Bartlett (Webster, MA)

Next up, the Pirates play the Nipmuc Regional Warriors (Upton, MA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 29. Oxford will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record.
