Virginia High School Basketball - Courtland trounced by Culpeper County

In Monday's league match, the host Culpeper County Blue Devils basketball team scored a decisive 63-40 triumph over the Courtland Cougars.

In their next game, the Blue Devils meet the James Monroe Yellow Jackets (Fredericksburg, VA) in a Battlefield match, on Friday, January 5. Culpeper County will attempt to move on its 5-5 season record.

With the defeat, Courtland moves to 1-9 on the year. The Cougars host Chancellor (Fredericksburg, VA) to meet the Chargers in a Battlefield match on Friday, January 5. The Chargers enter the match with a record of 6-2.
