The East Peoria Raiders basketball team scored 51 points and held the visiting Morton Potters to 50 in the Raiders league triumph on Monday.

The Raiders now sport a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Richwoods for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 22. East Peoria will meet a Knights team coming off a 56-55 league win over Peoria (Peoria, IL). The Knights record now stands at 9-1.

The Potters (9-3) will now prepare for their contest against Olympia (Stanford, IL). The Spartans enter the non-league contest with a 3-7 record. In their last contest, Olympia nudged Tremont (Tremont, IL), 64-56, in a non-league contest.
