With the victory, Sidney improves its record to 7-0 on the campaign. The Red Raiders travel to Holdrege (Holdrege, NE) to confront the Dusters in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 21. The Dusters come into the challenge with a record of 4-3. Holdrege won 59-16 in their recent non-league challenge against Lexington (Lexington, NE)

Next up, the Bulldogs confront the Scottsbluff Bearcats (Scottsbluff, NE) in a B District 8 challenge, on Friday, December 22. Gering will attempt to improve on its 2-4 season record. The Bearcats come into the challenge with a 4-3 record after their 55-30 non-league win over Chadron (Chadron, NE).
