The Monterey Plainsmen (Lubbock, TX) basketball knocked off the host Abilene Eagles (Abilene, TX), 50-41 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Plainsmen (14-3) will now prepare for their test against Wylie (Abilene, TX). The Bulldogs go into the test with a 0-2 record.
The Eagles now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Lubbock for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 2.
