With the victory, Franklin improves its record to 5-1 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Andrews (Andrews, NC) to confront the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, January 3. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 0-1.

Next up, the Mountaineers confront the North Henderson Knights (Hendersonville, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 5. Tuscola will attempt to improve on its 3-3 season record.
