New Mexico High School Basketball - Cleveland tipped by Las Cruces

In Friday's non-league test, the Las Cruces Bulldawgs (Las Cruces, NM) basketball team edged the visiting Cleveland Storm (Rio Rancho, NM), by a tally of 57-56.

The Bulldawgs now possess a 9-0 record. They play next when they travel to Cibola for a non-league bout on Saturday, December 20. Las Cruces will play a Cougars team coming off a 53-20 non-league win over Deming (Deming, NM). The Cougars record now stands at 5-3.

With the loss, Cleveland moves to 7-2 on the season. The Storm travel to Centennial (Las Cruces, NM) to encounter the Hawks in a non-league test on Saturday, December 20. The Hawks come into the test with a record of 5-3. Centennial won 77-72 in their recent non-league test against El Paso (El Paso, TX)
