The Holy Name Green Wave basketball team scored 69 points and held the visiting Fairview Warriors to 62 in the Green Wave non-league triumph on Friday.

The Green Wave now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Valley Forge for a Great Lakes contest on Friday, December 9. Holy Name will battle a Patriots team coming off a 53-31 non-league loss to Cuyahoga Heights (Cleveland, OH). The Patriots record now stands at 1-1.

The Warriors (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Warrensville Heights (Warrensville, OH). The Tigers enter the non-league contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, Warrensville Heights was nudged by University School (Hunting Valley, OH), 63-44, in a non-league contest.
