Ohio High School Basketball - Fairview can't hold off Holy Name

The Holy Name Green Wave basketball team scored 56 points and held the visiting Fairview Warriors to 55 in the Green Wave non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Green Wave now sport a 20-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Westlake for a non-league contest on Friday, February 17. Holy Name will battle a Demons team coming off a 62-58 non-league win over Elyria Catholic (Elyria, OH). The Demons record now stands at 13-8.

The Warriors (9-12) will now prepare for their contest against Valley Forge (Parma Heights, OH). The Patriots come into the non-league battle with a 4-16 record. In their last battle, Valley Forge was nudged by Bay (Bay Village, OH), 62-47, in a league battle.
