Solon Comets (Solon, OH) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Strongsville Mustangs (Strongsville, OH), 65-41 in a league bout.

With the win, Solon upgrades its record to 3-1 on the season. The Comets travel to Brunswick (Brunswick, OH) to play the Blue Devils in a Greater Cleveland bout on Wednesday, December 7. The Blue Devils go into the bout with a record of 4-0. Brunswick won 59-24 in their recent league bout against Euclid (Euclid, OH)

Next up, the Mustangs play the Green Bulldogs (Uniontown, OH) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 7. Strongsville will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record.
