The Johnson Knights (Gainesville, GA) basketball felled the visiting West Hall Spartans (Oakwood, GA), 41-24 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Knights (3-3) will now prepare for their test against Chestatee (Gainesville, GA). The War Eagles go into the AAAA Region 8 test with a 3-1 record. In their last test, Chestatee thwarted Lumpkin County (Dahlonega, GA), 68-47, in a non-league test.
The Spartans now own a 0-5 record. They play next when they host Dawson County for a AAA Region 7 test on Tuesday, December 5. West Hall will encounter a Tigers squad coming off a 63-54 non-league win over Athens Christian (Athens, GA). The Tigers record now stands at 4-2.
