The Maranatha Christian Academy Huskies basketball team scored 31 points and limited the visiting First Baptist Christian Knights to 22 in the Huskies non-league triumph on Monday.

The Huskies now have a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Arthur-Okaw Christian for a non-league game on Tuesday, December 17.

With the loss, First Baptist Christian falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Knights host Schlarman (Danville, IL) to confront the Hilltoppers in a non-league game on Thursday, December 5. The Hilltoppers go into the game with a record of 0-1. Schlarman lost 47-17 in their recent non-league game against Urbana University (Urbana, IL)
