With the victory, Shelby County advances its record to 5-1 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Thorsby (Thorsby, AL) to meet the Rebels in a non-league match on Friday, December 6. The Rebels enter the match with a record of 0-5.

The Bulldogs now own a 1-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Calera for a non-league match on Tuesday, December 3. Montevallo will meet a Eagles squad coming off a 47-32 non-league loss to Homewood (Homewood, AL). The Eagles record now stands at 4-5.
