Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Lehighton ripped by Pine Grove

The Pine Grove Cardinals basketball team scored 48 points and held the visiting Lehighton Indian to 23 in the Cardinals league triumph on Monday.
The Cardinals now sport a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Wyoming Seminary College Prep for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 22. Pine Grove will battle a Blue Knights team coming off a 57-26 non-league loss to Marian Catholic (Tamaqua, PA). The Blue Knights record now stands at 1-3.
The Indian (0-5) will now prepare for their contest against Pen Argyl (Pen Argyl, PA). The Green Knights enter the non-league contest with a 1-6 record. In their last contest, Pen Argyl was routed by Palisades (Kintnersville, PA), 71-47, in a league contest.
