Ohio High School Basketball - Vinton County routs Athens

December 20, 2022: McArthur, OH 45651

In Tuesday's league outing, the Vinton County Vikings (McArthur, OH) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Athens Bulldogs (The Plains, OH), by a count of 65-30.

The Vikings (5-1) will now prepare for their outing against Jackson (Jackson, OH). The Ironman/Ironladies go into the non-league outing with a 3-3 record. In their last outing, Jackson smashed Chillicothe (Chillicothe, OH), 49-42, in a league outing.

The Bulldogs now hold a 2-4 record. They play next when they travel to Circleville for a non-league outing on Wednesday, December 28.
