The Atlantic County Institute of Tech (Mays Landing, NJ) basketball felled the host Cherokee Chiefs (Marlton, NJ), 61-52 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The (2-1) will now prepare for their test against Woodstown (Woodstown, NJ). The Wolverines go into the non-league test with a 2-0 record. In their last test, Woodstown thwarted Schalick (Pittsgrove, NJ), 62-37, in a league test.

The Chiefs now own a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to Lenape for a Freelance test on Thursday, December 22. Cherokee will encounter a Indians squad coming off a 61-49 non-league win over Cherry Hill West (Cherry Hill, NJ). The Indians record now stands at 3-0.
