The Atlantic County Institute of Tech (Mays Landing, NJ) basketball nipped the host Cherokee Chiefs (Marlton, NJ), 52-48 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The (20-6) will now prepare for their test against Egg Harbor Township (Egg Harbor Township, NJ). The Eagles go into the non-league test with a 22-6 record. In their last test, Egg Harbor Township got by Millville (Millville, NJ), 69-48, in a non-league test.

The Chiefs now own a 16-11 record.
