Jackson County Central Huskies (Jackson, MN) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Luverne Cardinals (Luverne, MN), 77-67 in a league bout.

With the victory, Jackson County Central upgrades its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Huskies travel to Waseca (Waseca, MN) to play the Bluejays in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 7. The Bluejays come into the bout with a record of 4-0. Waseca won 88-54 in their recent non-league bout against Hope Academy (Minneapolis, MN)
