The Metter Tigers basketball team (Metter, GA), was overwhelmed 69-34 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Jenkins County War Eagles (Millen, GA)

The War Eagles now possess a 9-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Swainsboro for a non-league battle on Wednesday, December 28. Jenkins County will confront a Tigers team coming off a 57-48 league win over East Laurens (East Dublin, GA). The Tigers record now stands at 1-3.

The Tigers (1-6) will now prepare for their battle against Coffee (Douglas, GA). The Trojans come into the non-league battle with a 2-5 record.
