Seven Lakes Spartans (Katy, TX) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Paetow Panthers (Katy, TX), 80-67 in a league bout.

With the win, Seven Lakes upgrades its record to 16-4 on the season. The Spartans travel to Lamar (Houston, TX) to clash with the Texans in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 27. The Texans go into the bout with a record of 8-6. Lamar won 74-52 in their recent league bout against Westside (Houston, TX)

Next up, the Panthers clash with the Houston Christian Mustangs (Houston, TX) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 28. Paetow will attempt to upgrade on its 6-9 season record.
