The Sioux Center Warriors basketball team (Sioux Center, IA), was overwhelmed 60-38 in Tuesday's league battle with the host West Lyon Wildcats (Inwood, IA)

The Wildcats now possess a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sibley-Ocheyedan for a Siouxland battle on Tuesday, January 3. West Lyon will battle a Generals team coming off a 91-41 league loss to Central Lyon (Rock Rapids, IA). The Generals record now stands at 2-4.

The Warriors (3-2) will now prepare for their battle against Le Mars (Le Mars, IA). The Bulldogs come into the non-league battle with a 2-5 record. In their last battle, Le Mars was overwhelmed by Harrisburg (Harrisburg, SD), 83-47, in a non-league battle.
