Bloom-Carroll Bulldogs (Carroll, OH) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Fairfield Union Falcons (Lancaster, OH), 56-50 in a league bout.

With the win, Bloom-Carroll upgrades its record to 8-0 on the season. The Bulldogs host Unioto (Chillicothe, OH) to clash with the Shermans in a non-league bout on Friday, December 30. The Shermans go into the bout with a record of 9-0.

Next up, the Falcons clash with the Liberty Union Lions (Baltimore, OH) in a Mid-State - Buckeye bout, on Wednesday, January 4. Fairfield Union will attempt to upgrade on its 3-5 season record.
