Texas High School Basketball - Waxahachie knocked off by Cedar Hill

The Cedar Hill Longhorns basketball team scored 53 points and held the host Waxahachie Indians to 39 in the Longhorns league triumph on Tuesday.
The Longhorns now sport a 10-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Duncanville for a 6A Region II District 11 contest on Tuesday, January 3. Cedar Hill will battle a Panthers and Pantherettes team coming off a 93-32 league win over Lake Ridge (Mansfield, TX). The Panthers and Pantherettes record now stands at 11-4.
The Indians (14-9) will now prepare for their contest against DeSoto (DeSoto, TX). The Eagles enter the 6A Region II District 11 contest with a 11-3 record. In their last contest, DeSoto ran past Skyline (Dallas, TX), 37-33, in a league contest.
