In Friday's league contest, the visiting Pflugerville Panthers basketball team scored a good 51-42 win over the Elgin Wildcats.

The Panthers (12-7) will now prepare for their contest against Hutto (Hutto, TX). The Hippos come into the non-league contest with a 7-12 record. In their last contest, Hutto was topped by Round Rock (Round Rock, TX), 53-38, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Wildcats battle the Austin Royals HomeSchool Royals (Austin, TX) in a non-league contest, on Friday, December 27. Elgin will attempt to better on its 8-6 season record. The Royals come into the contest with a 12-8 record after their 56-51 non-league win over Providence Prep (Belton, TX).
