The Highland Park Scots basketball team scored 62 points and limited the host Wakeland Wolverines to 50 in the Scots league triumph on Friday.

The Scots now possess a 13-3 record. They play next when they travel to Liberty for a non-league game on Saturday, December 28. Highland Park will play a Redhawks team coming off a 56-51 league loss to Heritage (Frisco, TX). The Redhawks record now stands at 12-8.

With the loss, Wakeland falls to 11-6 on the campaign. The Wolverines travel to Hebron (Carrollton, TX) to play the Hawks in a non-league game on Friday, December 27. The Hawks go into the game with a record of 8-8. Hebron lost 65-55 in their recent league game against Little Elm (Little Elm, TX)
