In Friday's league contest, the visiting Northridge Polar Bears basketball team scored a good 53-42 triumph over the Troy Christian Eagles.

The Polar Bears (6-1) will now prepare for their contest against Simon Kenton (Independence, KY). The Pioneers go into the non-league contest with a 2-3 record. In their last contest, Simon Kenton was topped by Covington Catholic (Park Hills, KY), 64-53, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Eagles battle the Piqua Indians (Piqua, OH) in a non-league contest, on Friday, December 27. Troy Christian will attempt to better on its 4-2 season record.
