The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Magnet Cove Panthers (Malvern, AR) and the host Gurdon Go-Devils (Gurdon, AR), observed Magnet Cove's basketball team knock off Gurdon by a score of 39-26.

The Panthers (11-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Harmony Grove (Benton, AR). The Cardinals come into the non-league challenge with a 7-6 record. In their last challenge, Harmony Grove prevailed over Atkins (Atkins, AR), 42-30, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Go-Devils encounter the Spring Hill Bears (Hope, AR) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 27. Gurdon will attempt to improve on its 0-8 season record.
