The Westbrook-Walnut Grove Chargers basketball team scored 42 points and limited the host Russell-Tyler-Ruthton Knights to 36 in the Chargers league triumph on Friday.

The Chargers now have a 7-2 record. They play next when they travel to Canby for a non-league game on Friday, December 27.

With the loss, Russell-Tyler-Ruthton falls to 7-4 on the campaign. The Knights host Central Minnesota Christian (Prinsburg, MN) to confront the Bluejays in a A Section 3 game on Saturday, December 28. The Bluejays go into the game with a record of 6-2.
